you know, i suddenly felt compelled to post this, even thou i tot i'd allow the slideshow post to hang on awhile so that most of you can view it..(lol, jus scroll down =]) alright.. here i go..
well first of all, i was just reading the YCYPAO tribe blog, the post on "dreamers, movers, shakers" then i suddenly felt i needed to type this out.. well, yesterday i was playin Dota(online computer game).. the situation my team was in was not good, we were out numbered by two, and the other team was a lil' overpowered..
them one of my teammates said, "
gg(good game), its over, they too powerful le.. can't win liao"
at this note,
i immediately replied "
don't give up yet, the game's still not over.. we can win this"
and in the end we did..
and i told the same guy, "
see, i told you we could win this.."
and the guy replied, "
wow, yeah, thanks, your so enlightening.."the moral of the story?.. don't give up, even when the opposition seems too powerful for you to handle.. just trust and rely on God, and hold onto that hope, no matter how small it is, its still hope.. there are many examples of small armies defeating vast armies, like in WWII, clearly the british had outnumbered the japanese, but how come the japanese managed to claim S'pore along with malaya as their own?.. just like in the story of David and Goliath, how did a small boy such as David manage to defeat the fearsome Goliath that everyone feared?.. i personally believe it was hope(for the WWII scenario) and relying on God(in David and Goliath).. what we people normally do these days is we easily give up, saying "argh, there's no way we can do it.."
why?.. what's wrong?.. can we really not do it?.. are you really sure that its the end?.. guys, here's an enlightening word "Determination can do Wonders." trust me, its personal experience, real life, factual, no doubts about it..
So, right now, i wanna challenge you guys, will you stop saying "its over." so easily?.. will you persevere to the end?.. cuz if its one thing i learnt in this life, its that we are running a race, and in this race we'll face alot of challenges and alot of people sayin that you not good enough, but are you willing to face these challenges and tell yourself that you not gonna let these people tell you what you are?.. because you know what you are, because no matter what people say about you, your life still has the same value.. its only what you decide to do with it that matters.. so, are you willing to accept this challenge today?..
